The Service Call Fee

range from $40.00 to $80.00 for the location - appliance - day & time requested

Job Rated - You know the price before we do it

Your technician will arrive at your home or business, and diagnose the appliance for a flat service call fee. He then will briefly discuss with you what it will take to fix the unit, and the total cost before the work is done.  Next you decide if you want to get the repairs done now.

 YOU DON'T PAY THE SERVICE CALL FEE IF YOU DECIDE TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE

If you decide not to invest in this unit at this time you only pay the service call fee.  Should you later decide to get the unit repaired, you will pay only for the repairs as quoted, not an additional service call fee

PRE SCHEDULED REPAIRS TODAY TOMORROW OR YOUR FAVORITE DAY  It is our goal to work around your busy life seven days a week. You let us know your usual home times, and what block out times there are such as no 3-4pm to pick up kids, away from desk 12-1pm etc. Don't forget to mention your before time if there is a time you normally leave by. IF you designate an after timesuch as  you normally get home at 5:30 pm, you get the next available technican after that time. 

Your Guarantee

The normal guarantee preprinted on all job tickets is for 90 days. This may be extended for an additional fee,  however we have found if the part we installed is defective, it shows up well within a month, and within the normal 90 day period for appliances that are not used daily. 

The No Guarantee Option is available.  As an independant servicer, we are available to try risky jobs that some who's motivation is to sell you a whole new appliance whenever repairs leave the realm of simplicity would never attempt.  ONLY BEFORE you have given your decision to repair or not, can the no guarantee option be taken.

You decide who will let us in and make sure they have current keys.  This person will stay with the technician.

You decide who will authorize the repairs making the decision to fix or not and approve the total cost and guarantee.  This person should be either present or available on the phone.

You decide who will pay.  It could be the person letting in such as the owner/ manager meeting the repairman.  Meybe it's the tennent by arrangement with the owner/manager to reimburse or deduct from rent.  Sometimes it is a busy owner/manager paying over the phone by major credit card.
